Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices are in AED (Dirham, United Arab Emirates). Prices and specifications may change without prior notice. Payment in advance of shipping/collection is required. We accept Bank transfers, Cash on delivery/collection (UAE orders only), and Card payments online using Visa and MasterCard (credit/debit card) in AED via Postpay (a safe portal to online payment). If “Credit Card” is selected as the payment method then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. If the customer is using a credit card supplied by banks other than those in the UAE, the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/bank may have debited. The applicable law would be based on UAE governing law in case of any disputes.
While www.spectrababy.ae strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Therefore, www.spectrababy.ae cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.spectrababy.ae shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.
In the event that an item is wrongly priced, www.spectrababy.ae may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted, and www.spectrababy.ae will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
In the event that www.spectrababy.ae accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit/debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to www.spectrababy.ae dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit/ debit card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
Secure Online Payments
All online payment services are provided by Postpay. Note that all financial transactions are processed by Postpay and that www.spectrababy.ae does not obtain any sensitive data such as credit card numbers from its customers. After confirming an order on the www.spectrababy.ae website, a customer will be forwarded to the Postpay payment gateway to complete a secure online payment.
Transaction Currency
The standard transaction currency on our e-commerce portal is U.A.E. Dirham (AED). If the customer is using a credit card supplied by banks other than those in the U.A.E., the amount on the credit card bill may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and any charges that the card issuer/ bank may have debited.
Backorders
Please note that items marked as Backordered are currently out-of-stock and will be delivered to you once we receive them in stock.
If one or more of the items you have purchased is out of stock, please note that your entire order is held until the out-of-stock items are available. We cannot ship orders partially, so please order them separately if you want those products to arrive immediately.
Delivery
We appreciate that you are eager to obtain your order as soon as possible, and all orders are dispatched with a courier delivery service within 1 working day (24 hrs). Please note that our working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 16:30 and Saturday from 8:30 to 13:30. In most cases, if you are in a UAE capital city, you shall receive your order in a maximum of 2 working days from dispatch. It might take extra days in other smaller cities or far areas.
We might take 1 or 2 extra days to dispatch orders during a Sale.
If you have particular delivery requirements, please feel free to let us know so we can arrange a special delivery.
All orders AED 200 and above get FREE DELIVERY.
For orders under AED 200 the delivery charge is AED 18.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed on the basis of incorrect information regarding pricing or availability.
Upon receiving your order, your valid emirates id is required and a picture with it will be kept with us for our record.
Freight Damage
If a product is received in a damaged condition, unpacking should cease, and the customer should immediately contact our team via our website www.spectrababy.ae contact form, phone, or WhatsApp contacts provided on the website. Any shipping damages should be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from delivery.
Order Cancellation by www.spectrababy.ae
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
Order Cancellation by the Customer
Cancellation requests should be made in writing via WhatsApp to our Customer Service number +971 58 590 5103. In case the order has not been processed/dispatched by us, we shall cancel the order for COD payment; for Card payment, a processing fee of up to 5% might be charged, depending on each case. If the order was dispatched and is already with the courier we will refund as per above, less the shipment charges. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by www.spectrababy.ae and accepts www.spectrababy.ae‘s decision regarding the cancellation.
Communication
When you visit the Site or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email, WhatsApp, phone, or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing or verbally.
Refund Policy
Any item(s) being returned to us must have been purchased directly from https://www.spectrababy.ae/. Products purchased from other retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase, per that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the store where the purchase was made to review their refund/return policy.
You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) purchased excluding the shipping charges and depending on the form of payment another fee of up to 5% might be charged, depending on each case. Refunds are provided via bank transfer or the same form of payment for the purchase price of the item, the method of payment is at www.spectrababy.ae sole discretion. Returns are subject to evaluation by www.spectrababy.ae, and proof of purchase is required.

All you have to do is to get in touch with our Customer Support and we’ll arrange for you a return courier service. As soon as your items have been received back at our warehouse we’ll process a refund for you less the courier cost.

Our refund policy only applies to goods that haven’t been used and are in their original, saleable condition. Our refund policy doesn’t apply if the product has been damaged after delivery, if the product has been opened or altered, or dropped or broken. The buyer will need to cover the costs of postage and insurance, and if the product is damaged or lost during transit then this will be the buyer’s responsibility.
If there is a defect in your product and we found it difficult to repair, we must replace it, subject to your compliance with the instructions for use.
We shall refund the paid cash value in the following cases:
1) In the event a manufacturing defect is found in the product and is unfeasible to repair or replace.
2) If the product is found not to conform to the agreed specifications and cannot be replaced.
3) In case of a defect or malfunction due to the non-conformity of the product with local environmental factors or regulations applicable in the U.A.E. and cannot easily be repaired or replaced.
The Sale of Clearance Items
Condition of Products: All products listed in our Clearance Sale are brand new and in perfect working condition. However, it’s important to note that some items may exhibit minor imperfections such as discoloration or scratches due to handling or storage. These imperfections do not affect the functionality of the product.
Packaging: Please be aware that the packaging of clearance items may show signs of wear and tear, including tears, creases, or stickers. Despite any external flaws in packaging, the integrity of the product itself remains intact.
Product Specifications: While every effort is made to accurately represent the products in our Clearance Sale, please note that there may be variations in color, design, or features compared to regular-priced items.
Availability: Clearance Sale items are available in limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product, and items may be removed from the sale at any time without prior notice.

Warranty
www.spectrababy.ae provides up to 3-year warranty on the pump motor, depending on the pump model and a 90 days warranty on pump accessories purchased through us via our website. There is no warranty support on purchases from any other sellers. In order to make a warranty claim, you will need purchase proof such as receipt or invoice. Other electric items have a 1-year warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Your warranty covers material, assembly, and manufacturing defects.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
The warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from any alteration, modification, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, wear and tear, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, fire, improper packing and shipping, lightning, power surges, or other acts of nature. This warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from the installation or removal of this product from any installation, any unauthorized tampering with this product, any repairs attempted by anyone unauthorized by www.spectrababy.ae to make such repairs, or any other cause which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
Please note that products bought via unauthorized or overseas retailers are not covered by any warranty provided by www.spectrababy.ae.
Please note that if used intensively parts such as valves may need to be replaced after 2-3 months. This is not a flaw but represents the product’s nature and does not constitute a claim for warranty.
WHO IS COVERED?
The original purchaser of the product will be covered under this warranty. If you sell or transfer ownership of your Spectra breast pump we will provide warranty support to the new owner on the pump motor only, and not on any parts or accessories.
Limitation On Liability
The maximum liability of www.spectrababy.ae under this warranty shall never exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product.
Colors & Product Pictures
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Claim your breast pump via insurance
For the customers that we assisted with documentation for claiming via medical insurance and they wish to make a refund, we need the insurance rejection proof. Screenshots are not acceptable.
